Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Pomodoro (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Pomodoro provides focus and break timers, optional sound alerts, local session statistics, and an optional Lifetime Premium purchase to remove advertisements. Features may change over time as we improve the App.

3. Accounts & purchases

No account is required to use core timer features. In-app purchases (including Lifetime Premium) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms’ payment terms apply. Lifetime Premium is a one-time non-consumable purchase (not an auto-renewing subscription). Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall or switch devices with the same store account.

4. Ads

The free version may display ads. Purchasing Lifetime Premium removes ads for that store account. Ad partners may show personalized or non-personalized ads subject to platform and partner settings.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
• Do not attempt to bypass purchase or ad-removal systems
• Do not use the App in any unlawful manner

6. Intellectual property

The App, branding, icons, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact background timing on every device, or specific productivity outcomes. Background timer behavior depends on operating-system limits.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
